What is your cancellation/rescheduling Policy and can I cancel or reschedule a shoot?

You can cancel or reschedule your shoot anytime before 5:00PM the day before the shoot without a fee. If you reschedule after 5PM the day before the shoot, or the day of the shoot, there is a 15% cancellation fee (of the total price excluding discounts/travel fees). 

To cancel or reschedule: 

  1. Log into your account at www.virtuance.com
  2. Click on “My Account”
  3. Click on “Order History”
  4. Select property and click “Cancel”  or “Reschedule”
