Here are Virtuance's hours of operation, as well as a list of the holidays we are closed!

Holiday Closures:

Virtuance is closed for photography, and for offering Client Success support on the following holidays in 2023. If you have a photoshoot the day prior to these days, your images will be delivered the following business day.

New Year's Day - Monday, 1/2/2023

- Images captured on Saturday, 12/31/2022 will be delivered on Tuesday, 1/3/2023

Martin Luther King Jr Day - Monday, 1/16/2023

- Images captured on Saturday, 1/14/2023 will be delivered on Tuesday, 1/17/2023

Memorial Day - Monday, 5/29/2023

- Images captured on Saturday, 5/27/2023 will be delivered on Tuesday, 5/30/2023

Juneteenth - Monday, 6/19/2023

- Images captured on Saturday, 6/17/2023 will be delivered on Tuesday, 6/20/2023

Independence Day - Tuesday, 7/4/2023

- Images captured on Monday, 7/3/2023 will be delivered on Wednesday, 7/5/2023

Labor Day - Monday, 9/4/2023

- Images captured on Saturday, 9/2/2023 will be delivered on Tuesday, 9/5/2023

Thanksgiving - Thursday, 11/23/2023, Friday 11/24/2023, and Saturday 11/25/2023

- We do not offer photography on Saturday 11/25/2023

- Images captured on Wednesday 11/22/2023 will be delivered on Monday 11/27/2023

Christmas Day - Monday, 12/25/2023

- Images captured on Saturday 12/23/2023 will be delivered on Tuesday, 12/26/2023

Client Success:

The Client Success team is here to help you with any questions you have about your images, scheduling, our products and more!  Feel free to email us anytime at info@virtuance.com! We are also available over the phone at at 844-443-7325 Monday-Friday 7 AM - 6 PM Mountain Standard Time. Outside of business hours, you're also welcome to leave us a voicemail and we will follow up the next business day.

What time of day can I schedule my photoshoot?

- You are welcome to schedule photos anytime Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - approximately 6 PM in the summer, and til approximately 4 PM in the winter, local time. Our twilight photo shoots start about 30 minutes before sunset typically, so we also offer that specific type of photography after the standard daytime hours.

- We also offer photography on Saturdays! Please note that if you schedule your photo shoot on a Saturday, we will deliver your images the following Monday, or if we have a scheduled holiday, the following business day. Saturday photo shoots are scheduled between the following hours in your time zone:

• Eastern Time - 1 PM - 5 PM on Saturdays
• Central Time - 12 PM - 4 PM on Saturdays
• Mountain Time - 11AM - 3 PM on Saturdays
• Pacific Time - 10 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays

Please note that at this time, we do not offer Client Success support on Saturdays. However, if you have a photo shoot scheduled on a Saturday and we encounter an onsite issue, rest assured we monitor urgent voicemails so we can help quickly!
