How do I schedule an aerial and ground shoot for the same property?

We've heard your feedback loud and clear! After being heavily requested, we've made it easy for you to schedule aerial and ground photos in the same appointment. To get started, you'll want to select your ground package first.

In Step 3 for "Add-Ons", scroll down the page until you see a section for Additional Aerial Products.

From there, you'll have 3 options to add aerial images only, aerial video only, or aerial images + video.

For the aerial images, simply specify the number of images you want from the dropdown menu before you click the checkbox to add this to your cart for checkout.

Will my images be delivered separately?
No. All images (Ground and Aerial) will be delivered on the same property website (our Virtuance Marketing Suite). Your ground images will appear first, followed by the aerial views.
Can I add 3 Aerial Images to my Twilight shoot? 
Unfortunately, no. Because Twilight shoots have a very narrow window of optimal light, there isn't enough time to capture both ground and aerial media safely. While Aerial Add-ons are only available for daytime appointments at this time, you can always choose to add our virtual twilight enhancement to your daytime order, or you can schedule a separate aerial shoot at twilight!

Can I add 5 or less ground images to an aerial base package?
This is not an image package our systems support at this time. Anytime you want to schedule aerial and ground images together, you'll need to select a minimum 10 image ground package before selecting any aerial add-on images.

What if you don't have a photographer who does both in my area?

If you are unable to proceed with your order due to no availability, we can still take care of you! We will simply coordinate two appointments (one for ground, one for aerial) and do our best to schedule them back-to-back for your convenience. You will still receive the discounted add-on pricing.
