If I place an order and the date I need isn't available, can I get a refund?

If you haven't finalized/scheduled your order due to availability issues, you don't have to worry about a charge at all!


Virtuance will not charge your payment card until after the images have already been delivered to you. Our system simply requires a card to be on file before we can place a shoot on the schedule.
