Our photographers will not remove yard signs during the shoot. We shoot all properties in "as-is" condition. Please reference this handy Pre-Shoot Checklist so you can get the property ready for your photo shoot! This document is also included in your photoshoot confirmation emails for easy reference.

If your photos were captured with a yard sign visible and it needs to be removed due to MLS regulations, we can always blur or remove the sign from the image under our retouching fees at $4.99 per image.
