New Client Tips and Orientation

We're so glad you're interested in partnering with us to help your clients envision their future homes!

Aside from that, the first step to getting started would be to make an account with us on our website Virtuance.com, or by calling us at 303-482-2999. From there we can assist you with account setup and show you the ropes of ordering shoots with us.

The general things to keep in mind are:

  1. Delivery will always be the day after your photoshoot by 5pm with normal delivery, and by 12pm with the $25 Rush Delivery upgrade. Since our offices are closed on Sunday, any shoots conducted on a Saturday will be delivered one day later, on Monday.
  2. Please be sure to make any and all changes, reschedules, or cancellations to your photoshoots by 5pm the day before the shoot in order to prevent cancellation fees.
  3. Always try to add detailed notes to the photographer so we can ensure delivery of exactly the right spaces, features, or angles you would like us to capture.
