How do I place an order online?

Step One: Log in to virtuance.com account

**If you haven't registered as a client yet, you can register after you have started creating your order.  It will prompt you to do this about halfway through the ordering process**

Step Two: Click on the “SCHEDULE YOUR SHOOT” button:


Step Three: Select whether the property is Residential or Commercial. Enter the property information, then click on Confirm Property Type and Address.

Step Four:  Confirm the location of the property

Step Five: Choose Daylight or Twilight Shoot at the top of the page, then select the package you need.


Step Six: Select any HDReal® Enhancement that you’d like to add to your order. You can add items like: Rush Delivery, 10 Extra Stills package, etc.  

**These are not required**

Step Seven: Select any Marketing Enhancement that you’d like to add to your order. You can add items like: Blue Sky Guarantee, YouTube video, etc.

**These are not required**Step Eight:  Select your scheduling preference. You can either schedule a shoot flexibly, which is best for vacant properties, or on a specific time and date, which is best if you need to have the photo shoot at a specific time, or specific date.

After you select your scheduling preference, you can select a date and time.

Step Nine: Input the details we'll need to access the property. Here you'll have options to put an onsite contact's contact information, or save an access/lock box code for access. You can also provide Notes for your photographer for what you'd like us to highlight, if you would like!

Step Ten: Enter Payment information.


**Payment is not taken or deducted until the images have been delivered**

Step Eleven: Order Summary. Please click on Submit Order to submit your order!
