Please note the typical turnaround time for virtual staging is 1 business day after delivery of the initial images.

NOTICE:

If you need 2 sets of furniture in 1 image, we need you to submit 2 Virtual staging orders on photos that visually overlap, that way we can stage both sets of furniture (say a living room and a dining room) into 1 image where the overlap happens.

BEST PRACTICE:

submit a Virtual Staging order for 2 images:

1. 11 Living Room, staged as a Living Room
2. 13 Living Room, staged as a Dining Room

Because we've included a shot with the Dining Room portion of the space (green) as the foreground of the image, and selected a different furniture style for this area, the Virtual Staging provider can now infer that the background of 11 Living Room (visibly the same space) should be staged to match, i.e. the green area has now been staged as a Dining Room.

 What NOT to do:

Client wants to virtually stage image 11 Living Room. They want the main/foreground portion of the image (red) as a Living Room, but also wants to guarantee that the rear section (green) is staged as a Dining Room:

CHALLENGE:

If this image is ordered to be staged as a Living Room, the entire space will be staged with Living Room furniture.
